i think amongst all the rooms of the cmpb medical building, the eye clinic is the best! apparently, the doctor and staff there seems more friendly. maybe because they weren't busy today.

my appointment was at 3 and i reached at 215. waited for 2.5 hours and saw the doctor for 10 minutes. 99% i'm going to PES C. still need to go for the heart scan next month.

powerless.

you know you need to do something. you see someone in need of help. someone that needs to be defended. and because of that word, you can't do anything. you watch in vain. it sucks to feel that way.

it's the second time i've felt like this. twice. i could have prevented it. i could have done something. but i felt powerless.

why.
