actually i don't think that i need to gym more often. i just need to be more hardworking in the gym. not like, finish one thing and feel tired and lazy, then slack after that.
i should start doing something like this: 1. bench press (12.5 kg, 5 sets of 10) 2. biceps (10 kg, 5 sets of 21) 3. military press (15 kg, 5 sets of 10) 4. shoulder press (10 kg, 5 sets of 10) 5. triceps (12.5 kg, 5 sets of 15) 6. squats (20 kg, 5 sets of 10) 7. clean and jerk (20 kg for power training)
it's easy to type out. once i'm at the gym, it's a different story. oh wells. i need to be more disciplined.
my extension is still crappy. why the hell do i like to do high v at extension.
