i decided to skip gym tomorrow because my right wrist hurts. and apparently, i realised there was a cut on my left wrist while i was bathing. lucky it wasn't deep or i would have been mistaken for attempted suicide.
tried lib on the floor and i did it but i think terence was helping me to hold A LOT of weight. equals FAILED.
my walk-to-hands is becoming more sucky. i don't go up fully, turn halfway and my grip sucks. argh!
ATTENTION: the backspot is important. you save lives. your role is equally important as the bases. don't think you are useless.
if you are slow, come earlier to train. learn your timing. get your stunt group and spotters and train.
when coach is here, she wants to teach us new things. she wants to see progression and improvement. and what do we do? we make her angry.
nobody's perfect. if you think that 2 hours of training on stunts per training day is enough, then you are either a fast learner, or you're talented. and i'm neither.
