i'm officially back to cheer training!, which started on monday. and of course, i wouldn't neglect my health for it. but i'll ensure i put in more hard work at the end of the day!
monday was stunts conditioning. and as the backspot for elevator and elevator pop, you don't really feel as tired as the bases. still, it was quite bad for me, considering my level of fitness.
we went to the gym as a team on tuesday. trained leg muscles at first, and did some bench press. i did shoulder stand for the first time!, with charyl. okayy, i know my shoulders aren't big enough. no place to step. got to train harder. learnt how to pitch, which added to my tiredness and showed how weak i was. so that's even more encouragement to visit the gym more often!
first day of work today at blue. shiyuan couldn't make it because he wanted to jam the whole holidays, so i got liangsheng to accompany me. supposed to be 9-1, but extended to 3. waited 40 mins at uob bank for him, before taking nel to serangoon interchange.
i had to act smart and come out from another exit. ended up taking 133 towards the wrong direction. alighted at potong pasir mrt and took 13 back. reached home 1745.
my body is still aching from tuesday's training. hopefully i can recover by tonight. or i'll miss tomorrow's training. and i'll probably makeup by going on saturday! (:
